One of the key components to a fast late breath breaststroke is keeping the head under water for as long as possible. At first this will feel counter intuitive so we designed swim drills to help with this technique. Noah Snyder first learns the delayed timing of the head lift on deck before getting in the pool. Once he's warmed up we introduce scull drills to help keep the head down while the hands engage the pull.
