We have found that few swim programs dedicate much practice time to perfecting these techniques. This has inspired us to develop a two-day camp focused specifically on the fundamentals of these critical swim techniques. We recommend that all campers attend every camp session whether you are a beginner, master, or a competitive swimmer to improve your swimming technique.
