Starts and Turns Swim Camp. After teaching thousands of swimmers technique, starts and turns are the most common area in need of improvement. We have found that few swim programs dedicate much practice time to perfecting these techniques. This has inspired us to develop a two-day camp focused specifically on the fundamentals of these critical swim techniques. We recommend that all campers attend every camp session whether you are a beginner, master, or a competitive swimmer to improve your swimming technique.

Saturday, October 10
- 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
- 11:00 pm – 12:00 pm (TRC Sensor Testing, Video Analysis, College Placement Video Options)
- 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Sunday, October 11
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
- 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Equipment
To ensure the highest quality training environment and maximize learning during each session, swimmers are expected to arrive with all required equipment prepared before each workout.
We recommend the following items for use throughout camp:

- Alignment Kickboard

- TRC Mono Snorkel
- FINIS Tempo Trainer
- TRC Mesh Bag
- TRC Bag Tag
- Finger Paddles
All equipment items are available for purchase directly through The Race Club.

Swimmers may choose to purchase a Full Equipment Bag, which includes all recommended items listed above, conveniently packed in a TRC mesh bag.
