Thank you for registering for an upcoming Race Club Camp! We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with you on deck in San Diego.

As you will soon discover, our swimming camps are comprehensive and unlike any others. Focused on science and technique, we cover the fundamentals of all four strokes, starts, turns and transitions. We also cover other important aspects of swimming such as breathing, dolphin kick, nutrition, strength training, recovery and mental preparation.

For those of you who would like to go further and take a deeper dive into understanding your swimming during our camp, you will have the opportunity to have the most advanced testing and analysis available. Those tests include Video Analysis, Velocity Meter, Smart Paddles and Pressure Meter tests. Click on the link for each one to understand what they offer you.
