The 100 freestyle is one of the most challenging events on the swimming schedule. To swim well, it requires speed, power and endurance.
This week we are releasing some great content on how to swim and train for the 100 freestyle. Through our videos and Aquanote, we feature the swimming technique of Olympian freestyler Artyom Machekin, providing an analysis using Velocity Meter and Smart Paddle technology. We also have written one of our favorite anaerobic main sets for the 100 freestyle.
