Swim Camp OCEANSIDE, CA March 30 - April2, 2026; swimmers will focus on all strokes, starts, and turns while improving freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly technique. Learn four different types of dryland training, the science of swimming and the five disciplines of fast swimming.

4-day competitive swim camp at William Wagner Aquatics Center, Oceanside, California. June 5–8, 2026. Coached by Gary Hall Sr. and the TRC staff. Covers all four strokes, starts and turns, dolphin kick, underwater speed, nutrition science, and race strategy. All levels welcome. Limited spots.
