
When is the last time your team truly worked on jumping? I find this to be a mechanic swimmers do not engage in enough anymore, therefore resulting in lack of power off starts and turns. The reason someone like Dressel has such impressive starts and turns is due to his ability to jump 40+ inches!
This week, we will be going through a dryland circuit that has a focus on developing quick exploding power. Attempt to minimize time of feet on ground. Give it a try, but please: WEAR PROPER SHOES!
