Indiana University swim coach Coley Stickels has a world renowned dry land training program that we were fortunate to witness with some of his Athletes in the Florida Keys. Since The Race Club began with Gary Hall Jr and Mike Bottom we have believed a high intensity dry land can not only be a huge benefit physically but mentally as well.
