Description

The Video Analysis is a comprehensive study of your swimming technique, starts and turns taken from above and below the water from various angles. During editing we stop the motion of your video highlighting some of the errors that are being made. One of our Race Club coaches will narrate over the video pointing out both the good and not-so-good techniques being used. Most swimmers are not aware of the technical mistakes being made, and so the video analysis is a great tool for swimmers to understand their actual technique.  Once completed, the video will be sent to you electronically for you to save on your hard drive within 30 days.  The video will be available to download for an additional 60 days once you are sent the link.

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your service, a $200 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) is required at booking:

More than 30 days out: Full refund (minus deposit), or reschedule free of charge
7–30 days out: 50% refund (minus deposit), or reschedule free of charge
3–7 days out: No refund, but you can still reschedule
Within 72 hours: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable

Your first reschedule is always free. After that, additional reschedules may include applicable pool or facility fees.

No-shows are treated as used sessions and are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel your service, you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule – your choice.

Traveling to see us? We recommend travel insurance in case plans change unexpectedly. If The Race Club cancels an event, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid – we're not able to cover travel, lodging, or other incidental costs.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and can't be transferred to another person, account, or order.
