Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before registering. Submission of registration and payment constitutes agreement to the terms below.

Deposit
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure enrollment. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including participant withdrawal, illness, injury, travel disruption, or other unforeseen events.

Cancel more than 30 days before start date: Full refund minus deposit, reschedule*
Cancel 7-30 days before: 50% refund minus deposit, reschedule*
Cancel within 3-7 days: No refund, reschedule*
Cancel within 72 hours: No refund, no reschedule

*Reschedule within 90 days of the original camp start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and capacity limits.

If we cancel a camp, you will receive a full refund

We recommend travel insurance for unexpected situations. If The Race Club cancels an event, liability is limited strictly to refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or incidental expenses.
