TRC-Main Set of the Week
This week’s main set is for our breaststrokers and our aspiring breaststrokers. Before starting the set, watch this week’s video release and go through the 10/10/10 hip stretch to improve your hip internal rotation. You can measure your internal rotation before and after the stretching routine to see the improvement from performing the stretches. The main set also includes a little bit of dryland, so ideally you will have some pool deck space to perform the exercises.
