Comprehensive Training with The Race Club
COVID has managed to disrupt the training of most swimmers around the world. Many of our Race Club swimmers have not been able to access pools for the amount of swimming training that they need to reach their goals.
To help our Race Club swimmers during this Pandemic, effective immediately, we are offering a training program in Islamorada under the direction of Head Coach Devin Murphy. Devin has a history of excellence in coaching at both the club and collegiate levels.
The Race Club training in Florida will be offered to a limited number of our swimmers on a first-come-first-served basis. The maximum number of swimmers to be trained will be in the range of 10-15 swimmers. The duration of our Comprehensive Training will be as long or as short as the swimmer desires. We will utilize the recommended precautions for our swimmers to reduce the risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus infections.
We are fortunate to have access to two excellent training facilities in Islamorada and Key Largo. One is 50 meters and the other is 25 meters. Most of the training will be done short course in Islamorada in an Olympic-sized pool.
Now, under Coach Devin, you can resume your training to full capacity in the Florida Keys for as long as you need. We are here to help you achieve your goals and want to see you succeed. Let us know when you would like to come down and train with us. We hope to see you in the Keys soon!
