Race Club Sensors use cutting-edge technology to measure every detail of your swimming technique. Four precision sensors, worn on the head, lower back, and hands, capture how efficiently you swim, pull, kick, and connect your entire stroke.
All data is perfectly synchronized with video and instantly accessible on your phone or computer. The Race Club app presents your results using an easy-to-understand color system, so you know exactly what’s working and what needs attention.

A complete four-stroke assessment takes just 30-40 minutes, with results delivered almost instantly. Your experience includes a one-hour online video session with one of our expert coaches to review your data and create a clear plan for progress.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your service, a $200 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) is required at booking:

More than 30 days out: Full refund (minus deposit), or reschedule free of charge
7–30 days out: 50% refund (minus deposit), or reschedule free of charge
3–7 days out: No refund, but you can still reschedule
Within 72 hours: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable

Your first reschedule is always free. After that, additional reschedules may include applicable pool or facility fees.

No-shows are treated as used sessions and are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel your service, you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule – your choice.

Traveling to see us? We recommend travel insurance in case plans change unexpectedly. If The Race Club cancels an event, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid – we're not able to cover travel, lodging, or other incidental costs.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and can't be transferred to another person, account, or order.
