Book private sessions with one of The Race Club Pro coaches for a tailored coaching experience. Our private lessons are designed for swimmers of all ages and levels who want focused instruction, expert technical guidance, and immediate improvements they can feel in the water.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your spot, a deposit is required at booking:

Packages under 10 sessions: $200 per session (non-refundable, non-transferable), up to $1,800 total
Packages of 10+ sessions: 50% of the total package price (non-refundable, non-transferable)

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your first session.

Need to cancel or reschedule? We get it – plans change. Here's what to expect based on when you let us know:

More than 30 days out: Full refund (minus deposit), or reschedule free of charge
7-30 days out: 50% refund (minus deposit), or reschedule free of charge
3-7 days out: No refund, but you can still reschedule
Within 72 hours: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Your first reschedule is always free. After that, additional reschedules may include applicable pool or facility fees.

No-shows are treated as used sessions and are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel your session, you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule – your choice.

Traveling to see us? We recommend travel insurance in case plans change unexpectedly. If The Race Club cancels an event, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid – we're not able to cover travel, lodging, or other incidental costs.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and can't be transferred to another person, account, or order.
