This is a topic that comes up a lot in our camps and private sessions. I have always felt that the biggest difference between the fastest swimmers and those that are less fast is in the kicking speed. We feel that most coaches don’t spend enough time working the legs nor emphasizing the intensity of kicking sets. Many of my Lane 4 clients are given extra kicking workouts to make up for this weakness in training. Those extra kicking workouts can make a huge difference in the Championship meets. Please consider Lane 4 coaching with us, just for that reason alone.
