I really appreciated my time at the ASCA World Clinic that we attended a few years ago in California. The first suggestion I have is to bring in some younger blood for presentations. I believe this next generation of coaches has a lot to offer and are doing things differently than a lot of the speakers at the last clinic I was able to attend. Bringing in some new ideas and sharing why they work would be a great service to the ASCA community in my opinion.
The second suggestion I have is to have more open forums with coaches of every generation. I can’t remember if this was offered or not, but one of the panels I got to see had several high level coaches, but the conversation was driven by a moderator instead of the coaches in the audience. Having maybe an hour or two of a straight Q&A would be really helpful!
Anyone else have some ideas?
