  • What are the best options for food the night before a meet as well as during a meet?

    We believe that carb loading really works the night before a big meet. The day of the meet it is best to eat what you know you swim well on. Usually, smaller meals that are lower in saturated fats and not high in sugar will result in better swims. Ideal Nutrition is quite variable from one person to another.
