    Platinum Bars!  Or energy bars with a low glycemic index (below 55).

    We like using Platinum bars before workout. Most of the calories come from healthy fat, flaxseed oil, which is readily converted to glycogen. Post workout, we recommend Vitargo with Platinum Power for a speedy recovery!

    My daughter LOVES the chocolate chip Platinum bars! They are perfect before practice and so much healthier than alternatives we’ve tried from the grocery store. She always has some in her backpack at school and her swim bag. It’s her go-to snack!

    I love the chocolate bars, also. Blueberry would be my second choice…though they are all good. I usually change flavors so I get the variety.
