I only have 40 minutes for my swims and Im wondering if you have good swim workouts that can last 40 min?because I want to make the most of of my 40 min swims

Hi Ashley, I have a bunch of great workouts for one hour or less. But that is part of our service for Lane 4. You can sign up for just one month and I will provide them for you.

Am working with an age group team 12 – 15 sometimes I run out of ideas regarding different training sets ‘ especially threshold stroke speciality sets / training pool warm ups and fun sets
Do u have like a workout binder for various sets at various energy levels/ system and volumes for teams

We have an entire library of workouts and sets. You can get the list of main sets we have written in Lane 3 or Lane 4 TRC membership. As part of Lane 4, we will write customized workouts for each swimmer for the duration of the membership. Hope this helps.
