    When I was swimming in high school and college, my coaches gave us a lot of the same types of workouts.  One of the ways I would keep them fresh is by breaking them down into race plan types of sets.  For instance, if my coach gave us 10 x 100s free, I would split them into 2 x groups of 5 and work on my 500 free race plan.  What are some of the things that you all try?
