    Make sure that you are prepared physically for the task ahead. Then visualize or swim your race in your mind over and over again. On the morning of the race, wake up with a smile. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that it will be a great day. Think of only one thought during the race and don’t try to overthink it. You will respond well if you are confident in your ability. Most of all HAVE FUN!!
