  • How important is dynamic stretching/ rolling out/ and static stretching? How often do you utilize each?

    We like dynamic or active stretching over static stretching. However, resistance stretching may be the most effective way to stretch and increase flexibility. All stretches are good for the key swimming joints, ankles, hips, back and shoulders.
