    Shoulder flexibility is one of the most important tools for butterfly, freestyle and backstroke. If you are tight in the shoulders, spend 5 minutes everyday stretching them, particularly for extension (backwards). Having good shoulder flexibility is really necessary for fast fly, free and back.
