Starts and Turns Swim Camp Oceanside, Ca Oct 10th & 11th, 2026; After teaching thousands of swimmers technique, starts and turns are the most common area in need of improvement. We have found that few swim programs dedicate much practice time to perfecting these techniques. This has inspired us to develop a two-day camp focused specifically on the fundamentals of these critical swim techniques. We recommend that all campers attend every camp session whether you are a beginner, master, or a competitive swimmer to improve your swimming technique.

TRAINING EQUIPMENT
We at The Race Club would like you to get the most out of your training sessions. To do that, we require you to have all your equipment ready before each session starts. Doing so will allow all campers to enjoy the wonderful experience of your training.
We recommend the following for use in all the sessions:
- DMC training fins ($65-$100 depending on size and color)
- Alignment kick-board ($33)
- Nose clip ($6)
- TRC mono snorkel ($40)
- FINIS Tempo Trainer ($66)
- TRC mesh bag ($20)
- TRC bag tag ($7)
- Finger Paddles ($20)
With the purchase of a full equipment bag, you will receive a TRC signature T-shirt ($33 value). Typically, an equipment bag costs about $292, but depends on the fins you choose. Please notice the prices are the same as what other retailers sell. We go through the trouble of having it conveniently available for you because it helps with your swimming technique and learning all we will teach you.
Once registered for a Swim Camp, please let us know if you will need any or all of the equipment and we will have it ready for you at the start of camp. Please email info@theraceclub.com for all equipment purchases.
